Father’s Day is coming up and I thought it would be fun to make a list of Father’s Day gift ideas. I think men these days work just as much as women in raising a family and very much involve in children’s lives unlike years ago. Therefore, they do deserve a little appreciation. I thought it would be fun to list the perfect gifts for men based on their personalities.
The Sports Guy
This type of guy would have a complete bar in his basement with his favorite sports team memorabilia, e.g. Jerseys, ticket to a game, etc.
The Party Guy
The guys who loves to entertain and invite a bunch of his buddies to hang out. Kegerator, BBQ tools and some mix drinks or alcohol beverages are the perfect gifts for this type of dad.
The Career Guy
This guy travels a lot for work and the perfect gifts for him is something that’s related to travel with personalization message that reminds him of his family. A toiletries bag or money clip wallet with hidden message “I love U, Dad” or “Dad, U R My Hero” will guarantee make your dad teary-eyed.
Mr. Gadget
Smart phone accessories, speaker for his Ipod, digital photo frame for his office, coffee mug warmer, etc.
Mr. Handyman
Buying tools for a man is like buying clothing and accessories for a woman. Unless you know exactly what they need or have, a gift card is the safest thing you can get.
I have to be honest, my husband doesn’t meet any of the criteria above. I can tell you right now that our Father’s Day celebration will involve eating out at a restaurant that offers deal for Father’s Day (in which he will search the deal himself), and me cooking his favorite meal.
