I made my first bento box for my son’s lunch. Bento is a typical Japanese lunch box that is consist of a balance meal of carb, meat, veggies and fruit. I didn’t have time to make the entire meal, so I made cute shaped rice using a rice mold and spinach omelette. It’s a great way to sneak in veggies into my kids meal.
Spinach Omelette
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful of frozen spinach, thaw with running water
- Salt pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil Heat oil
mix all ingredient together, cook in medium heat.
My son loved it and the best part is…he didn’t even notice he’s eating veggies!
